As a classically trained Osteopath, my approach to Craniosacral therapy is different than most. Every session will bring balance and alignment to all your joints & muscles. The pace is soft, gentle, and slow. I use movement to realigned a moving body. Your treatments will hold and last. Let's get you out of pain and prevent future flare ups.

PsychoSynthesis is an Italian approach to psychology. In the US, it has been developed into a Coaching model which is truly unique from any other approach. We look beyond the many parts of you and make decisions oriented towards Purpose and Meaning. Bring your challenges and   goals. If you are uncertain, let's start there.

PsychoSynthesis & Craniosacral although difficult to say together, blend well together. This is 4-dimensional approach (body, mind, emotions & energy) all in one treatment style adapted to you.
